With the Louisiana Children’s Health Insurance Program, you may qualify for quality health coverage for your child at low cost or no cost. LaCHIP health care plans cover uninsured kids up to age 19. Eligibility is based on family size and income. If you did not qualify in the past, you may qualify now due to increased income amounts.
If your household meets annual requirements, your child may qualify for the LaCHIP no-cost health insurance program.
